Work Background
Ten years ago, the Lido Isle Community Association wanted a website that could do more than inform. They needed a members-only area where residents could book tennis and basketball courts, reserve clubhouse rooms, download architectural change forms, and browse community events. Launch Creative built it, and it has run the association's day-to-day ever since.
Result
The original platform ran the association's operations for ten years, which is its own kind of result. Now we're refreshing it, with a new design and a rebuilt user experience that keep every function residents depend on while making them faster and clearer to use. Ten years with the same client is the part no redesign can fake.
