2. Personal information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information, as defined by the CCPA/CPRA:
Identifiers and contact data: name, email address, phone number, company name, and the contents of any message, inquiry, or form you submit (including budget range and project details).
Commercial information: records of services inquired about or purchased, and engagement history.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or health information) through the Site. Please do not submit such information through our forms.
3. How we collect personal information
Directly from you, when you complete a contact or inquiry form, subscribe to our briefing or newsletter, or otherwise communicate with us.
Automatically, through cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies when you visit the Site.
From service providers, such as our website host, form and email platforms (including marketing/CRM tools), and analytics providers.
4. How we use personal information
We use personal information to:
respond to your inquiries and provide requested information or services;
send our briefing, newsletter, or other communications you have requested (you may opt out at any time);
operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
analyze usage and measure the effectiveness of our content;
comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted under the CCPA/CPRA.
5. How we share personal information
We may disclose personal information to:
Service providers and contractors who perform services on our behalf (for example, website hosting, email and CRM platforms, and analytics), under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing those services;
Professional advisors, such as our attorneys and accountants, as needed;
Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others;
A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and collect analytics. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.
Do Not Track: Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. We will treat recognized opt-out preference signals as required by California law.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
Know / Access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
Delete: request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell or share personal information, so no action is needed, but you retain this right.
Limit use of sensitive personal information: we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would require this option.
Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
